About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at New Flavor House, Inc. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse facility in Guiguinto Bulacan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of products
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs
3. Oversee inventory management, including stock control, cycle counting, and ensuring accurate records
4. Manage and lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing training, motivation and performance management
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products
7. Analyse data and generate reports to measure and improve warehouse performance
