The key priority of this role is to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective replenishment of all retail locations to maintain optimal stock levels, maximize sales opportunities, and prevent lost sales due to out-of-stock situations. Key Responsibilities
Store Replenishment
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of replenishment deliveries to all stores across the Philippines.
Work closely with Retail Operations to forecast replenishment needs based on sales data, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure stock transfer requests are fulfilled accurately and dispatched on time to avoid lost sales opportunities.
Monitor and report replenishment performance, including delivery timeliness, stock availability, and variance issues.
Warehouse Operations Management
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Maintain an organized warehouse layout that optimizes efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Implement operational improvements to speed up replenishment turnaround without compromising accuracy.
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with logistics providers for on-time and secure delivery of goods nationwide.

Inventory Control & Audit Preparedness

Ensure the warehouse is always ready for internal and external audits.
Safeguard all stock from loss, theft, or damage by enforcing strict inventory control measures.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all warehouse transactions and stock movements are properly documented, with delivery receipts, waybills, and transfer documents signed, filed, and reconciled.
Submit timely and accurate replenishment, inventory, and operational reports to the Head of Business Operations.
Ensure compliance with all company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership & Development

Responsibilities:
A. WAREHOUSE
Supervises and assists in daily warehouse tasks including documentation of receiving reports of incoming raw materials, delivery receipts for both internal and external customers.
Ensures that inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
Supervises and monitors the filling of work orders coming from Production, Maintenance and other Functional documents.
Oversees the arrangement of packaging assembles inside the warehouse premises.

Conducts performance appraisals, addressing performance issues and resolving problems.
Establishes work procedures to meet warehouse and distribution demands as dictated by Marketing, Operations and Production schedules and work flow.
Monitors the safety and security process in every activity of the warehouse and distribution.
C. OTHER RELATED DUTIES
Conferring with other department heads to coordinate activities of individual departments and serving internal customers.
Provides timely and minimize labor cost service to operations, marketing and production department while minimizing warehouse and distribution activities.
