**About the Role**
As a CBRE Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential risks that may affect the company's performance and strategic techniques to mitigate risks.
This job is part of the Legal Compliance job function. They are responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance that balances business and compliance solutions to inform the company of options and risks

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PRM, FRM, and CISSP; APRM and CRISC certifications preferred.

Overview
***This position will be physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***
The Security Supervisor reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for supervision and execution of security services supporting the U.S. Army in Subic Bay, Philippines under the LOGCAP V contract. Contract support services provide U.S. Army operational project (OPROJ) capabilities in response to Humanitarian Assistance / Disaster Relief (HA/DR) events, as well as supporting execution of annual exercises through the storage of non-lethal stocks, exercise materiel, and equipment in the Philippines. Directly responsible as the functional subject matter expert (SME) in physical security and access control operational matters, to include detailed instructions and procedures for unarmed Contractor Guards supporting work objectives in the performance of routine, repetitive, and standardized tasks. This position will provide administration and supervision of physical security and access control requirements within the operational footprint. Additionally, facilitating security and communications equipment requirements and coordinating and scheduling fluctuating manning requirements. Supports coordination, training, implementation, testing, and validation of security action plans and unarmed Contractor Guards. Establishes and implements physical protection requirements for Employees within their control. Provides functional supervision ensuring compliance with Contract security requirements.

+ Reviews existing procedures and if necessary, develops Emergency Response/Battle Drill procedures.
+ Develops, validates, and updates Emergency Action Plans.
+ Develops training curriculum to ensure security personnel meets or exceeds contract requirements.
+ Conducts security awareness and education sessions as required.
+ Ensures inventory of Government Issued Equipment is completed on a monthly basis.

Qualifications
+ Minimum Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Prior Military training in physical security operations, with a working knowledge of information security, industrial security, personnel force protection, and physical protection.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain successful NAC-I background investigation to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
+ Ability to acquire U.S. Passport within 30 days of hiring.
+ A valid Driver's License is required for all Labor Categories in the Philippines.
+ Experience:
+ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory position supporting security operations, with Military security operational experience desirable.

+ Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Application Software.
+ Must have proof of U.S. Citizenship and a valid state driver's license and must be eligible for access throughout the project geographic scope.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the role of Senior Manager, SAP Basis Security Governance. In this strategic position, you will support our SAP systems' "second line of defense" activities, ensuring compliance, risk management, vulnerability management, and control effectiveness across the entire SAP ecosystem, including the platform, database, and operating system. You will be responsible for establishing P&G's SAP Security Risk and Compliance Management framework, including controls monitoring and automation. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our SAP landscape and supporting the organization's overall risk management framework. Required
+ Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuse guest/employee disturbances. Call for outside assistance if necessary. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents. Handle all interruptions and complaints. Resolve safety hazard situations. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report. Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; release information only to authorized individuals. Conduct investigations and gather evidence. Conduct interviews with relevant parties.
Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely. **Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or any related field
+ Must be **BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health)** certified. **LCM (Loss Control Management)** and/or **SPA (Safety Program & Audit Training)** certifications or **DOLE** accredited **Safety Officer III** an advantage
+ Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in occupational safety and health. Experience in handling safety audits and inspections, specifically ISO 22301 an advantage
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** programs
+ Conduct **Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC)**
+ Lead **incident investigations** and recommend corrective actions
+ Facilitate **safety training** and emergency drills
+ Ensure compliance with **RA 11058** and **DOLE Department Order No. 198-18**
+ Maintain safety documentation and submit reports to regulatory bodies
+ Collaborate with management and OSH committees to promote a culture of safety
+ Develop, implement, and maintain the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in compliance with ISO 22301.
+ Lead the Crisis Management Team (CMT) during incidents, ensuring timely and effective response.
+ Develop and maintain crisis management frameworks, playbooks, and escalation protocols.
