Job Responsibilities

Job Qualifications
Required
+ Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field
+ Extensive experience (5+ years) in Audit, risk management, internal controls, compliance, or a related field, focusing on SAP systems.
+ Extensive and broad-based experience and expertise with all stacks of SAP infrastructure and Application stack with demonstrated understanding of SAP Security, Risk, and compliance control within a large and diverse enterprise environment or business community.
+ Knowledge of SAP Automation Tools such as; SAP Focus Run, SAP Solution Manager, Security Weaver, Security Bridge.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or any related field
+ Must be **BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health)** certified. **LCM (Loss Control Management)** and/or **SPA (Safety Program & Audit Training)** certifications or **DOLE** accredited **Safety Officer III** an advantage
+ Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in occupational safety and health. Experience in handling safety audits and inspections, specifically ISO 22301 an advantage
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** programs
+ Conduct **Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC)**
+ Lead **incident investigations** and recommend corrective actions
+ Facilitate **safety training** and emergency drills
+ Ensure compliance with **RA 11058** and **DOLE Department Order No. 198-18**
+ Maintain safety documentation and submit reports to regulatory bodies
+ Collaborate with management and OSH committees to promote a culture of safety
+ Develop, implement, and maintain the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in compliance with ISO 22301.
+ Lead the Crisis Management Team (CMT) during incidents, ensuring timely and effective response.
+ Develop and maintain crisis management frameworks, playbooks, and escalation protocols.
