**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Monitors daily the overall product movement and reconciliation of ending inventory balances across all storages, including container arrivals and intercompany transfers
- Check Request for Inventory Adjustment (RIA) before submission for approval
- Confirm with Log Sup on the status of the TO which are pending fulfilment, pending receipt, partially fulfilled or partially received
- Review accuracy of costs, validate billings from storages, Monitor the input and output in the fabrication process and B.O.Costing.
- Transfer inventory from Port to SFU in NS
- Validate billings from truckers for inter-warehouse transfers
- Participate in physical count activity to validate inventory existence
- Reconcile Inventory accounts in general ledger
- Prepare month-end journal entries, including intercompany clearing accounts, closing of cut floor overheads, processing overheads
- Assist preparation of storage accruals, prepare monthly cutfloor production report and Prepare NMIS monthly report.
- Prepare monthly inventory BSR report including consolidated report for all storages (NS vs. Storage Month End Report
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- B.S Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting-related course
- With atleast 1 year experience as Inventory Specialist

We are excited to add a full-time Inventory Processing Specialist to our Quality Control team! Our team specializes in all processes that involve inventory and ensuring that all orders are accurate. Our main purpose is to make sure all tickets that we sell are valid and disclose any information that is required. Some of the tasks that we are in charge of are listed below:
Daily Tasks:
Learn a variety of complex, company specific, processes and software/systems to successfully perform position requirements.
Ensure all inventory is approved and cleared to be sold.
Audit ticket purchases for accuracy.
Attach PDF’s to listings in our POS system.
Add disclosures to listings informing customers of possible restrictions.
Work with internal brokers to assure accurate ticket purchases.
Research, track, and document orders that were not entered into the POS system and then enter those orders.
Perform refund tracking tasks.
Perform all other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Technologically savvy and quick on a computer - ability to learn and apply new skills in a changing environment
Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google sheets
Attention to detail
Quick and accurate data entry - previous experience with data entry is a plus
Must be reliable and on time
Must be willing and ready to learn
