+ Review processing methods and provide continous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities
+ Develop and maintain process documentation up-to-date and in accordance with ECOs
+ Studies and plans workforce utilization, space and tools requirements, workflow and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency and in accordance with LEAN manufacturing philosophy
+ Estimates and studies production time, staffing requirements, and related cost to provide information for management judgment
+ Initiates, review and approve ECNs for product's reliability, quality and improvement
+ Performs final quality check to product before shipping to customer
+ He shall closely work with Electro-mechanical assemblers and Test technicians for assembly quality and FCT(Final Configuration and Test).
+ Develop and maintain documentation and digitization of processes used in assembly and test
+ May support new product transfers
+ Remote support to other OPS site/regions

+ Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses.

Opportunity Overview
+ Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters
+ Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability
