We are looking for a dedicated training coordination manager that can organize our training offerings in a structured framework. Develop standardized learning packages consisting of curated lists of trainings tailored to the target audience. Ensure the right trainings are delivered to the right people, at the right time in their career journey for maximum impact. Align training offers between sites in terms of content, duration, and target audience to help drive a global employee and business partner experience. Engage with business leaders to understand training and development needs, advise them on existing and new training offers, and continuously refine the training framework. Analyse data on attendance, effectiveness, and participant feedback to identify and address areas of improvement. The ideal candidate is passionate about staff development and is motivated to develop a world-class training framework. The right candidate can develop and implement a structured, transparent and effective framework in a large organization, and effectively bring cross-functional stakeholders onto a common framework. Is a strong communicator, willing to engage with trainers, stakeholders, and business partners to understand and articulate their training needs and translate these into learning paths.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Inventorize all existing trainings including target audience, mode of delivery, duration, and trainers.
+ Develop a framework for dividing the KNGS population into clearly defined target groups with common training needs, and develop training packages consisting of curated trainings for each group.
+ Quantify the time required to fulfil the assigned learning path for each target group and divide the training path into time-bound sub-paths with target completion dates - if necessary
+ Measure fulfilment of assigned learning paths by tracking attendance
+ Manage scarce training facilities, allocate training resources in accordance with assigned learning paths
+ Continuously review and refine training paths in consulation with relevant business leaders and stakeholders
+ Collaborate with trainers in the site and the training coordinators in other KNGS locations - seek global alignment where possible and meaningful
**Job Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree graduate in any related course
+ 3-5 years' similar/relevant experience
+ Proficient in MS Office Application
+ Highly developed skills of organization and communication
+ Highly motivated and self-disciplined person
+ Ability to influence and collaborate with peers and stakeholders
+ Result-oriented do'er with focus on delivering results
+ Prior experience with creating and implementing training frameworks
+ Strong stakeholder management

The **Training Technician** is responsible in providing training support to FME-APEC programs. This position also supports the general management of FME APEC facility and device maintenance.
**Supports the Education Team**
+ Prepares training equipment, supplies and consumables needed for all APEC programs.
+ Performs skills demonstration on water testing, concentrate mixing, HD machine set-up, dialyzer reprocessing
+ Acts as watcher, supervising trainees' skills practice on water testing, concentrate mixing, HD machine set-up, dialyzer reprocessing.
+ Performs additional duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate manager to support APEC trainings.
**Maintenance of Water Treatment System (WTS) area**
+ Maintains cleanliness and safety of all machines and equipment in WTS.
+ Coordinates with local Technical Services and ensures availability of printed routine maintenance record (e.g backwashing)
+ Monitors safety of WTS equipment and reports to APEC team and local TSC if any alarms/incidents
**Management of APEC facilities and equipment**
Devices includes all facility equipment (office, classroom, lounge, clinical skills lab equipment, ACUs)
+ Performs routine checks according to schedule, ensuring all equipment meet standard requirement and in optimal working condition at all times
+ Prepares skills lab machines and equipment according to SOPs prior to usage.
+ Maintains cleanliness and safety of all machines and equipment after use.
+ Performs HD machines routine heat disinfection according to SOPs.
+ Coordinates with Technical Services for equipment alarms/repairs and assists them within scope of job role (e.g Flow alarm and cleaning of filter/tubing with supervision of TSC engineer)
+ Maintains records of all services rendered to facility equipment.
+ Monitors and coordinates with respective department the preventive maintenance of all equipment according to SOPs and schedule.
**Stock Control**
+ Receives deliveries of supplies and parts ordered, and updates records accordingly.
+ Keeps updated training supplies/consumables inventory to ensure availability of safety stock by coordinating timely with respective personnel and support department.
+ Secures stock inventory and ensures all usage are properly recorded.
**General Orderliness**
+ Acts as safety officer and ensures policy compliance to general safety, cleanliness, waste management and infection control.
+ Maintains general cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
**Professional Development**
+ Participates in continuing education programs to gain current knowledge and skills
+ Maintains skills competency within the scope of function.
