**Qualifications:**
+ BS Information Technology graduate
+ A minimum of 3 years of experience working with AI-related technologies

We're looking for a Zapier & AI Automation Specialist to help us take our systems to the next level This is a project-based, remote role where you'll work with our team to:
Streamline workflows,
Integrate systems like Podium, Calendly, CRMs, and messaging platforms, and
Introduce AI-driven efficiencies across clinical and business processes.
What You'll Do
Audit current automations & identify improvement opportunities
Build and optimize workflows in Zapier, Make, or Power Automate
Integrate Podium with external platforms (Calendly, CRMs, payments, communications)
Recommend and implement AI tools (e.g., for meeting notes, email drafting, patient workflows)
Troubleshoot and maintain reliability of all workflows
Document processes and provide clear handover for the team
Train our team on how to manage and expand automations & AI tools
What We're Looking For
Proven Zapier expertise (must-have)
Experience with Podium or similar CRM tools
Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks
Familiarity with AI tools (Otter, Fyxer, ChatGPT, etc.) and ability to suggest best-fit solutions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Self-starter, able to work independently and deliver results

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
AI Content Specialist
with a sharp eye for words and the ability to turn ideas into copy that resonates. In this role, you will be responsible for creating content across digital platforms, leading our copywriting efforts across campaigns, managing PR briefs, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will work closely with the Content Strategist to ensure that all output aligns with brand voice, tone and campaign goals.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer with experience in AI-assisted content creation, prompt engineering, and digital publishing workflows. You should be comfortable blending creativity with data-driven insights, building copywriting frameworks and product long/short form content that resonates with diverse audiences.
What You'll Do
- Part of a regional team, you will lead copywriting for marketing campaigns, ads, emails, websites, social media, and PR in Singapore and across partner markets.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers to bring campaigns to life.
- Leverage AI tools to brainstorm, refine and scale content across channels, to ensure a full funnel integrated campaign
- Develop and manage PR briefs, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling press materials.
- Shape brand tone of voice and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Analyze content performance and optimize for engagement and conversion.
- Stay on top of cultural and industry trends to keep messaging fresh and relevant.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in content writing for digital channels, communications, or PR (agency or in-house).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional copywriting skills — from snappy ad headlines to long-form storytelling.
- Strong command of English with excellent grammar and storytelling skills.
- A strategic thinker with a creative edge.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in tools like Google slides, Google sheets and slack
