**Job Description**:
Under the close supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, ensures that all system transactions are executed based on standard system protocol; provides assistance in the conduct of periodic inventory/cycle counts and corresponding reconciliation activities.
- Executes and assists the Inventory Control Analyst and the Warehouse Supervisor in conducting the following, Daily cycle counting, Weekly inventory counting, Monthly inventory counting, Reconciliation of possible inventory variances.
- Monitors the compliance to subcontractor and toll manufacturer inventory report by reconciling monthly and weekly reports to ensure on time transaction of all incoming deliveries.
- Maintains the inventory system/database by encoding all warehouse transactions accurately and on time for traceability purposes.
- Ensures that all system transactions and physical movement of stocks are properly documented.
Job Qualifications:
- At least with 1 year related working experience to Inventory
- Knowledgeable to SAP System is an advantage
- Well adept in MS Excel
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to work from Monday - Saturday
