– Execute and strictly adhere to customers’ service and documentation instructions as outlined in the LPs.
– Handle problem resolution by addressing issues promptly and escalating to Supervisors if there is potential cost or service impact.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure service consistency and retention.
– Identify service gaps, recommend improvements, and implement process enhancements to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
– Prepare and deliver accurate and timely customer reports and related documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– At least 2 years of experience in global freight logistics, supply chain operations, or related logistics functions.
– Strong understanding of freight documentation, shipping procedures, and logistics coordination.
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
– Proven listening, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
