- Training new and existing staff on proper hygiene protocols, including food handling, personal hygiene, and cleaning procedures.
- Overseeing compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards like FSMS.
- Investigating and responding to any hygiene-related issues or incidents, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement.
- Maintaining detailed records of all inspections, audits, and training sessions.
