Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Minimum of 5–7 years experience in sales leadership roles, preferably with national scope < r>Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
Willing to travel across regions as needed.
