Summary:
To supervise a team of professionals (handling consults, inbound, outbound, case, chat, escalations and investigations) to drive improvements in required skills and customer experience through regular interactions in order to achieve individual and group targets in an Operations sub-function of Capital One Philippines. General Responsibilities:

- Risk Management. Conducts scheduled and random audits to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and escalate/mitigate as necessary

Basic Qualifications:
- Two (2) years college level education or equivalent work experience
- Total of 18 months of experience in a call center operations environment
- Knowledge of call center business processes
- Analytical skills for decision-making and performance evaluation
- Communication skills for written and verbal business correspondences
- People management skills, including team coaching and collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of leadership role experience in BPO industry
Eligibility Criteria for IJP:
- Associate must have a recent rating of at least a "Strong" or above
- Associate's current time in position, as noted on Workday is greater than or equal to 6 months
- Associate is not actively on any type of a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
- Associate must not have any written warning corrective action and up in any stage of the application process
- Associate must meet all minimum requirements and Basic Qualifications (BQs) of the job, as outlined in the internal job posting

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance of assigned branches with the Philippine National Standard for drinking water and the Philippine Code of Sanitation.
- Perform on-site water sampling and analysis of water sources and distribution systems in assigned branches.
- Collect, summarize, and analyze water test results from third-party laboratory reports, including the creation of monitoring sheets, tables, and graphs.
- Conduct research and studies based on the results of on-site water sampling and test reports.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor initiative projects, best solutions, and improvement programs to address quality issues.
- Prepare detailed engineering proposals, drawings, roadmaps, and program of works for Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects.
- Prepare Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX) estimates for proposed WTP projects.
- Assist the Sanitary Engineer Consultant in the inspection of pumping stations and the preparation and facilitation of operational permits for assigned branches.
- Assist Sanitary Inspectors in assigned branch areas in the inspection, water sampling, and investigation of pumping stations and distribution systems when necessary.
- Represent the company in addressing complaints and concerns from external stakeholders regarding water quality issues, including customers, homeowners associations (HOAs), and local government units (LGUs).
- Accomplish tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Participate in planning seminars and other company-wide activities.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Professional License Holder is an advantage.
- Must be independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
