About You

  • This position is located at the clinical health service location of MYH South where various grant funded Young Parents support programs are implemented.
  • MYH programs at this site, focus on building and strengthening safe and positive relationships for all young people accessing our health services with a focus on young parents and their children.
  • Building these protective factors improve children and young people's resilience and reduce the impacts of ACE's on their future health and disrupting intergenerational cycles.

  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Pre-requisites:
