JOB PURPOSE:
- Delivers and achieve the annual business plans of B2B in the Vismin region.
- Manages through coaching, led by example and motivates the B2B Sales team in the Vismin region (including its Direct Sales operations) to meet the annual business plans.
- Manages, maintain, develops and strengthen the loyalty and TRUST of all B2B customers to promote win win and long-term partnerships.
- Creates and builds a portfolio of indicators for both Industrial and Commercial accounts.
- Launch and pilot new LPG application related to B2B in order to create and develops new markets.
- Secure and contribute to achieve the Fuel Conversion and new accounts signed contracts to meet the double-digit growth target of B2B on an annual basis.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Directly reports to National Sales Director of B2B.
- Responsible for the B2B sales teams compliance with business principles, health, safety security, and environment standards, business controls / assurance standards including HR and Financial guidelines and policies.
- Responsible to deliver the business results according to the yearly Business Plan: volume, market share, margin, days of sales outstanding, operating expenses.
- In line with business unit directions, mainly responsible to 100% account retention and new account acquisition in accordance with the business plans.
- Manages/analyses/monitors profitability and conduct price reviews and proposes adjustments to B2B customers (including debt/credit issues).
- Regular weekly coaching with staff, conduct and align the Individual Development Plan based on strengths and performance, training needs based on B2B sales competencies areas for development.
- Ensuring ZERO lost account and ZERO runouts for all B2B customers under the Vismin region.
- Develops and strengthens relationships with key accounts, internal and external business partners.
- Provides frontline management thru regular visible management commitment and joint call visitations for all B2B accounts on a monthly regular basis.
- Builds overall team capability by ensuring right person in right job with right tools
- Leads, coaches and motivates direct reports to achieve their business goals. Ensures structured planning, effective account management, and new account / span cop development.
- Responsible for development of team members individual sales competencies for upgrading to the mastery level.

- To build and maintain respectable and collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization in order to best meet organizational objectives and ensure operational effectiveness.
- Fuel Conversion and key segment spancop or prospect pipeline management ensuring a faster cycle time of closing new contracts and a timely commissioning of new accounts business contribution and return on investments.
- Deliver and maximize the volume performance in each region to meet the business plans for the year and sustain double digit growth in the coming years.
- Improving controls, processes, and ways of working for the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 10 years of B2B account management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering business results through the ALERT and CITA values.
- Ability to develop and execute spancop pipeline management and new account development strategy.
- High Personal Effectiveness, able to command respect without direct authority.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and support.
