One This role heads up the On-Premise Channel in B-F Philippines. It reports to the Country Manager and is part of the leadership team in B-F Philippines. The role is vital to develop strategies to build leadership market share in the On-Premise channels, building B-F portfolio of products for the next level of growth. Strong business acumen and a very good understanding of the On-Premise environment in the Philippines is necessary to succeed in this role. The role requires good interpersonal skills to manage people and also external customers. It is expected to be hands-on in the role, and able to formulate and develop the expansion plans for the channel, to grow and drive an unified goal to achieve results.

+ Map out the full potential of the on-premise channels, formula and develop the strategies to gain and capture market leadership.

+ Tertiary education, qualified in a business-related field
+ More than 4 years experience in On-Premise sales with a proven track record
+ Expert in on-premise environment and superb skills in customer/client management experience
+ Trade Marketing management experience is an added advantage

- Develop growth plans for a specific target market (e.g. Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna or Bicol) and oversee all activities related to expansion and business development (BD)
- Provide oversight in the production of feasibility studies and accomplish all other preparations before due diligence, including but not limited to, the collection of commercial data and technical measurements, acquisition of permits and water rights, and the review of legal documents.

- Any university degree, preferably with MBA degree
- A track record in business development with at least eight years of mid-level work experience
- Work experience in a utility or power industry is a plus factor

- Has very strong business sense or financial acumen preferably with background in financial modeling
- Can speak and write well for report production, presentations and negotiations
- Has strong networking skills
