Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and lead regional or area sales teams across multiple locations
Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics

Client & Partner Management
Manage relationships with key accounts and business partners
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track national sales performance and report on progress against targets
Prepare detailed sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market analysis
Recommend improvements in strategy and operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, product development, and operations to support sales initiatives
Align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, pricing models, and service offerings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Minimum of 5–7 years experience in sales leadership roles, preferably with national scope < r>Strong leadership and people management skills
