I. JOB OBJECTIVE:
- Under the direct supervision of the Sales Asst. Manager, work with the manager in achieving cost reduction targets. To develop and implement a cost effective strategies to generate a competitive cost and improve profitability.
II. JOB SPECIFICATION:
o Education:
- College graduate of any Engineering course.
- With at least minimum of five (5) years work experience (Sales- Cost Planning) and two (2) years in a supervisory functions in a manufacturing set-up.
o Knowledge, Skills and Abilities;
- Analyze cost (materials, process and indirect cost) to identify potential cost reduction.
- Work with concerned departments in achieving the cost reduction target.
- Prepare cost computation and impact of potential cost improvement.
- Facilitate the regular progress report on the status and impact of cost improvement.
- Supervise and mentor the cost planning staff.
- Excellent computation skill & microsoft excel, knowledgeable in word, excel and powerpoint. Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Willing to assign in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna and can start immediately.
