Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieves financial target through sales and marketing activities.

Provides mock-ups in coordination with Creatives.
Ensures timely billing and collections of closed contracts in coordination with Finance.
- Works Closely with Operations Team to ensure all awarded projects are implemented well.
- Monitors sales development and awarded projects.
- Conducts periodic meetings with Clients.
- Keep clients well informed with designed solutions and upcoming trends.
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Liaise and communicate clearly the implementation and progress of projects initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics
Performs administrative tasks such as:
Reimbursement and liquidation of expenses.
- Preparation and facilitation of Turnover Documents.
- Compilation of proposal and reports related to clients, solution designs, and sales accounts.
- Preparation and submission of reports on Account Pipeline, itinerary, call sheet reports, and account information sheets as scheduled and as required by the respective departments.
- Prepares, monitors and safe keeps reports needed by the client and a copy for the department.
Maintain an organize and accurate documentation systems in accordance to the company's standard procedures and process.
To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Educational Background and Work Experiences:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business management.
At least 1-2 years experience in sales.
Sales experience in the AV Industry is a plus.
