The Director of Food & Beverage, under the general guidance and supervision of the Hotel Manager and within limits of established Hilton hotel policies and procedure, and the Food & Beverage Manual, he / she will be fully responsible to establish all operation procedures. This role will take the necessary actions to guide managers in all activities and staff of the concerned department, establishing and maintaining the highest level of quality, training, motivation, etc., according to established guidelines.
**What will I be doing?**
As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Determine and establish best in class standards on all facets of Food and Beverage to deliver an on-brand luxury experience through the execution of Forbes and Conrad service standards
+ Drive commercial performance across the department through thoughtful planning and meaningful execution to deliver desired financial outcome to support budgetary targets
+ Lead and coach direct reports and outlet managers to drive talent potential across all levels of the Food and Beverage Operation to cultivate the future department heads
+ Ensure effective team member development plans are executed across all areas of F&B to support the growth of F&B
+ Lead and operate the Food and beverage division within the parameters of budget and/or exceed positive financial budget expectations
+ Confer with the Management on reports, forecast budgets, policies and future planning.
+ Continuous review of F&B pricing based on customer feedback/demand, supply chain and industry trends.
+ Inform the Management on sales, submit monthly financial statements and comments on the operation.
+ Work with celebrity chefs in Conrad Manila's signature restaurant(s) to ensure that the restaurants' activations are carefully executed to deliver meaningful returns and guest satisfaction
+ Oversee all supplies and services engaged by the department.
+ Ensure that all employees are trained to Hilton international standards and Forbes service standards
+ Review departmental programs to ensure development of future departmental heads.
+ Review regular career paths with the General Manager and Hotel Manager.
+ Ensure awareness of trends, practices and equipment in food and beverage preparation and service.
+ Aware of what the competition is doing the make sure price comparisons are up to date at all times.
+ Maintain the highest standard of personal professional image, conduct, knowledge and skills related to your job responsibilities.
+ Establish and maintain effective employee relations at all times.
+ Maintain professional business confidentiality.
+ Participate in or execute any other tasks that may be assigned by the Management within the scope of the company's business.

The Food & Beverage Sales Manager promotes the hotel and its outlets, achieving optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company. This role handles the business of each Food & Beverage outlets in house. He / she implements all sales activities and maximizes business opportunities in his / her specific area of responsibility, under the general guidance and supervision of the Commercial Director. This role builds and maintains a quality database to broaden market reach and generate customer loyalty, creating awareness and build restaurants' reputation in the local market.
**What will I be doing?**
As the Food & Beverage Sales Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market as outlined in sales action plans with supervision under the Commercial Director.
- Uncover the major causes of satisfaction and dissatisfaction and ensure that the information is communicated to those concerned, further up the hierarchy.
- Develop action plans to address shortfalls in standards and identify shortfalls before they affect customer service.

- Provide after-sales service and in particular, ensure that all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
- Be well informed about the operations of all outlets especially in key departments.
- Keep a record on former, existing, potential F&B guests and make a profile of them by using the guest database tool.
- Prepare a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related activities for the preceding month.
- Approach guests in each F&B outlet and Executive Lounge on a daily basis, specifically targeting certain guests.
- Collect guests' feedback and organize coordination meetings with the F&B team for sharing and improvement purpose on a weekly basis or whenever necessary.
- Be well informed of all market information by using competitor awareness tools, especially for key F&B competitors, their production and related promotions, reporting these to the Commercial Director in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through sales calls or joint sales calls, telephone, and written communications.
- Record all daily sales calls.
