- Represent Skyhawk Technology Systems, Inc. in a positive and professional manner.

- Accurately process client transactions such as the number of units to subscribe to and quotations.
- Educate clients about terminology, features, and benefits of products in order to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction. Responsible for setting customer expectations.
