Integrated Strategy for the Office of the COO
+ Set and drive common goals, objectives and strategies that aligns to the priorities of GBS, Segment Business Partners, and Global Operations
+ Through research, analysis and development of frameworks, provide insights to the COO and SLT, businesses and functional partners
+ Facilitate and support the process to bring together all the COO teams in the development of the strategy - ensuring the platform is setting the right aspirations to position GBS as the provider and employer of choice
+ Build presentations to support the strategic business proposals and communication with extended stakeholders.
Planning & Portfolio Management
+ Create and facilitate the plan and process for the Office of the COO strategic plan and roadmap
+ Work closely with the COO Senior Leadership Team, HR and Transitions Management COE to plan and facilitate seamless transition of new work into and out of the function
+ Work closely with Finance, HR, Op-Ex and Senior Leadership Team to identify tangible actions/initiatives for us to meet our expense targets and monitor progress.
Performance Management
+ Manage monthly and weekly performance reporting activities, synthesizing the function's performance, and analyzing outliers , watching for trends and developing responses
+ Develop & manage measures of success for the COO organisation by aligning relevant KPIs to onshore, global standards and the objectives of GBS.
+ Oversee the function's training program and ensuring that both the onboarding and upskilling programs are effective

- Ensure Service Operations’ compliance to Reporting Services (QPMS / Semi -QPMS), Termite Management Program
- Conduct technical advisory for Services which require site inspection
- Ensure accurate and on time submission of reports agreed with customer.
- Undertake periodic inspection to HD/KA customer; discuss fully finding result and recommendation. Seek agreement on the action plan.
Administration and Policy Directive
- Assist Technical Manager in planning, scheduling, preparation of suitable training materials and conduct of technical training.
- Assist Technical Manager in updating Authorized Product List, coordinate request on addition and removal from the list. Coordinate with procurement department and chemical supplier on supporting documents.
- Assist Technical Manager in conducting Service Audit, monitor status of TPA (Technician Performance Assessment)
- Assist in any program that supports Quality service within division
- Extend assistance to Branch operations in promoting company products and services and achieving business objective.
- Supervise and/or assist specific Branch service operation as required after consultation with Branch & Technical Manager.
- Provide Insect Identification Service for Branches which yet to have the capability and to complement those which have.
- Constantly improve or upgrade knowledge on Pest Management through private study, membership of association, attendance at course, study of technical literature provided by Company and practical experience in the field.
- Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/ or lack of customer cooperation, which require follow-up action by local Branch.
- Submit recommendations and reports with appropriate chemical treatment or monitoring recommendation to the Branch or Service Heads.
- Conduct bi-annual audit and ensure usage of product are compliance on Authorize Product List in all Pest Control Branches
- Maintain accurate records of High Dependency / Key Account customer on a current year as reference for review on the status of Pest Management Program.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance and security of vehicle, equipment monies provided by Company and all technical materials/documents are controlled and will not be used on other purposes outside Company’s interest.
- Drive SHE policy compliance and zero tolerance policy. Achieve LTAR target set for the year for both Pest Control & Hygiene
Customer Development
- Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise.
- To be aware and act on potential sales and collection opportunities to help generate additional new business, up-selling, and improve collection.
- Attend required training, meetings, conferences, and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance, and customers’ requirement.

**Position Summary:**
The Incident Management Analyst (IMA) is responsible in monitoring the ATM fleet by driving actions to resolve issues that impact Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) availability. In this role, you will be the first level of contact for customers and field support personnel for ATM related issues.
**Key Responsibilities include:**
+ Create action items/tickets to resolve issues and prevent issues & possible re-occurrence
+ Follow through on open incidents until closure
+ Manage outage situation impacting ATM fleet to ensure that appropriate resolver group are working on the issue and that customer, key stakeholders and all concern parties are updated on the status
+ Return customer calls, troubleshoot ATM issue using known solutions, confirm/refine problem information and criticality and route to dispatch queue in field, if necessary
+ Utilize support systems, tools, and experience to facilitate a customer solution
+ Utilize knowledge of product to resolve ATM problems and avoid Field Engineer dispatch
+ Ensure transaction service activities are within Service Level Agreements
+ Work in a high volume, limited duration call center environment service as the primary interface to external customers and/or their agents and field support personnel
+ Participate in special projects to continuously improve processes, tools, systems, and organization
+ Work in an environment that involves rotation in work hours, weekend, or holiday hours and/or may require extended hours as needed to accommodate customer needs
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Associate Degree or Technical Diploma
+ 1-year experience in a related field
+ Proficient in Windows based applications/tools
+ Excellent English communication skills _(verbal & written)_
+ Detail oriented & ability to work under pressure
+ Ability to work flexible working hours (night and day shift)
+ Experience in troubleshooting over the phone (preferred)
+ Cood understanding of ATMs (highly regarded)
