DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Supervise daily operations across all FOH & BOH stations during assigned shifts.
- Assign station duties before each shift and ensure proper handover between shifts.
- Ensure team members take full ownership of their assigned station throughout the shift, maintaining performance, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Oversee station cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the operating hours.
- Monitor inventory at each station and ensure prompt restocking as needed.
- Verify accuracy of sales records, inventory logs, and BOH documentation.
- Receive stocks upon arrival of logistics, ensuring all items delivered match the order and are accurate and complete.
- Communicate with Care Center regarding orders from Grab, Table Vibe, Facebook, Viber, and other platforms, ensuring proper endorsement and documentation of communication/letters from them.
- Coordinate regularly with the Branch Manager to ensure operational efficiency and address any branch-level concerns.
- Report station or operational issues promptly to upper management.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
B. CUSTOMER CARE
- Handle customer issues professionally and ensure high service quality.
- Ensure grooming and uniform compliance at the start of every shift.
- Deliver a consistent and satisfying guest experience.
C. TEAM MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
- Conduct regular evaluations and lead on-the-job training sessions for station responsibilities.
- Consistently reinforce company core values and operational standards with the team.
- Foster a positive and motivated working environment.
- Ensure staff follow grooming standards and uniform policies.
D. ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING
- Prepare and communicate accurate shift schedules and manage timekeeping records.
- Ensure accuracy of sales and BOH reports and forms.
- Ensure proper and timely submission of reports such as DSSR, DSR, inventory logs, production logs, and other required documentation.
E. SALES & MARKETING SUPPORT
- Assist in implementing local marketing promotions and initiatives.

The Shift Supervisor will work closely with the Kitchen Head and Line cooks to prepare and execute dishes, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure that all food items are perfectly cooked. Responsibilities :
- In charge of operational Oversight in the absence of the kitchen head during the assigned shift
- Serve as an example to a team of line cooks, cashiers, and stockmen in the quality and timely production of food to fulfill orders placed across sales channels
- Ensure properly working enablers (equipment, systems, wares, etc.) by using the following kitchen standards and SOPs which include cleaning and basic troubleshooting
- Drive compliance with food and workplace safety across all parts of the kitchen and by its staff, coordinating with the Kitchen Head or other members of the Operations department
- Ensure cleanliness, correct storage, and handling of all inventory and orders across all stages of fulfillment, leading and expediting in the line as needed
- Compliance with Kitchen Quality Audits by ensuring a properly functioning kitchen, equipment, and systems
- Proper recording of consumption of all inventories through the POS, Alfred, and Mosaic data management systems, thereby reducing shrinkage and improving accountability
- Lead in the training, coaching, and development of the staff, especially in the preparation of the food
- Must be aware of the guidelines and principles of food safety and sanitation; frequently review and assess all kitchen procedures to ensure employees maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Responsible for ensuring that all staff strictly follow the guidelines of CQSMA (cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and atmosphere).
- Other operational-related tasks as deemed by management
Qualifications :
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of cooking experience, preferably in a cloud kitchen or similar fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
