Role Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor who will take charge of daily operations at our Plaridel warehouse. This person will handle receiving, inventory, picking, packing, dispatching, and VAS (value-added services) like kitting or labeling for ecommerce (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok and other online sales channels) as well as facilitate distribution to brick and mortar stores.

You must have leadership experience in an ecommerce and retail warehouse, and be confident with math, advanced excel/spreadsheet skils, basic computer tools, and solving problems quickly. This is a hands-on role with a lot of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  • Oversee and assist in inbounding, storage, picking, packing, dispatching for ecommerce and retail stores
  • Ensure all ecommerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify) and retail orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched on time
  • Supervise value-added services (e.g., bundling, labeling, repacking)
  • Address any customer service or client escalations
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Manage staff

Inventory & Documentation

  • Check and log incoming stock deliveries
  • Do regular stock counts and investigate any missing/damaged items
  • Use warehouse systems or basic spreadsheets to track inventory and order flow

Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of 3–10 warehouse staff and other onsite staff per day
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and train new workers
  • Enforce discipline, teamwork, and safety
  • Solve day-to-day issues on the floor quickly and clearly

Process Improvement

  • Suggest better ways to speed up work or avoid errors
  • Help create or improve simple systems (SOPs) as the warehouse grows
  • Coordinate with head office on reports, concerns, or plans

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years experience as a warehouse team leader, shift supervisor or warehouse supervisor
  • Has worked in ecommerce or retail fulfillment, logistics or warehousing
  • Good at basic math (counting stock, calculating volumes, basic reports)
  • Comfortable using phones, tablets, scanners, and Excel or Google Sheets
  • Can think fast, fix problems, and give clear instructions
  • Willing to work full-time in Plaridel, Bulacan
