**Job Summary**:Responsible for working closely with the management to develop and improve existing procedures and policies. Inventory Specialist also manages and monitors the ordering, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, creating budgets, and overseeing the company’s inventory expenditures.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Monitoring and managing the consistency and continuity of an inventory process
- Report to the management the inventory flow, the stock inventory, and surplus inventory to ensure that the practices are properly evaluated
- Coordinate with different departments and direct multiple teams with the necessary procedures
- Enhance the loss mitigation processes and protocols
- Maintaining all the documentation of the inventory reports and files
