**ESSENTIAL FUNCTION**:

- _Daily Inventory Reconciliation_
- _Inventory Transfers_
- _Physical Inventory Count_
- _Month End Closing_
- _Balance Sheet Review_

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Monitors daily the overall product movement and reconciliation of ending inventory balances across all storages, including container arrivals and intercompany transfers
- Check Request for Inventory Adjustment (RIA) before submission for approval
- Confirm with Log Sup on the status of the TO which are pending fulfilment, pending receipt, partially fulfilled or partially received
- Review accuracy of costs, validate billings from storages, Monitor the input and output in the fabrication process and B.O.Costing.
- Transfer inventory from Port to SFU in NS
- Validate billings from truckers for inter-warehouse transfers
- Participate in physical count activity to validate inventory existence
- Reconcile Inventory accounts in general ledger
- Prepare month-end journal entries, including intercompany clearing accounts, closing of cut floor overheads, processing overheads
- Assist preparation of storage accruals, prepare monthly cutfloor production report and Prepare NMIS monthly report.
- Prepare monthly inventory BSR report including consolidated report for all storages (NS vs. Storage Month End Report

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- B.S Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting-related course
- With atleast 1 year experience as Inventory Specialist
- Amenable to work in Mandaue Area

**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month

**Job Overview**
This Global Business position will work directly with the Supply Chain Team across all regions' manufacturing facilities. To identify best developed SAP business processes, recommend solutions to improve process issues, and work to increase and improve the SAP proficiency and process knowledge within each location.This business process expert will be the conduit between the Planning and Master data team and TE Information Systems, if needed, to identify and resolve issues, align MRP rules and participate and Lead SAP data correction, as well as ensure all Master data is updated timely and accurate
The role of the business process expert in supporting solution creation can most simply be defined as a person with the ability to quickly understand business needs and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation of supply chain solutions
**Responsibilities**
+ Recommend and Deploy System Solutions to improve Supply Chain Systems and resolve process issues
+ Conduct Business Process Reviews, identifying SAP Business Process Gaps and Deploying Best Demonstrated SAP Business Processes, maintaining consistency across SENSORS sites
+ Improve SAP proficiency and process knowledge across the SENSORS Supply Chain Organization
+ Create and Maintain Training Material and Knowledge Content
+ Develop and Train the Supply Chain Key User Community
+ Develop Business Requirements Documents and Identify ROI for Systems Enhancements
+ Perform User Acceptance Testing and Deployment of Latest SAP Enhancements
+ Promote, Maintain, Enforce Master Data Integrity and Governance.
+ Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve SAP Issues as liaison to the whole Supply Chain Organization and TE Information Systems
**What your background should look like:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
+ Working knowledge of Supply Chain processes, Materials Resource Planning Systems, Engineering Master Data including BOMs, Routes, Material Masters, Info Records, Source Lists.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, Procurement or Industrial Engineering, including detailed knowledge of SAP processes and capabilities within SAP PUR/MM/MDG/ modules
+ Training expertise for both classroom and one-on-one training situations
+ Excellent project manager with very good organizational capabilities
+ Solid influencing skills, particularly where there is no reporting relationship
+ Problem/root cause identification and communication skills
+ Excellent team-building skills and ability to motivate and persuade associates from the plant floor level through management. "Getting things done through other people"
+ Ability to translate Business needs into TEIS Business Requirements Documents
