Main Responsibilities

+ Partner the Marketing Leadership Team and the UFS Leadership Team in SEASA, focusing on REGIONAL SEASA and Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia.
+ Play a key role in driving cross categories insights, portfolio opportunities via using multiple sources of data.
+ Blend consumer & market data and other performance metrics (e.g. financial) to look at business performance holistically.
+ Drive Category/portfolio Development & Customer Centric Innovation. Lead category portfolio strategic analysis: provide insight and identify business opportunities from market understanding & analysis
+ End to End management of research processes, including
+ Analyze and diagnose the business to identify critical questions and knowledge gaps to develop a full CMI learning plan, recommending the optimal research methods and plans to close the knowledge gaps
+ Lead research projects and partner effectively with research agencies
+ Lead research debrief and discussions with key stakeholders, and effectively influence business decision makings
+ Able to transform findings into powerful and actionable recommendations (CMI POV)
+ Integrate and consolidate multiple sets of quantitative and qualitative learning to create more impactful insight solutions
+ Design and facilitate insight and strategy co-creation workshops with internal business partners and external consumers/operators to secure the IMPACT OF the insights. CMI work does not end with presenting the results, but when securing action from the teams.
+ Embrace new tools and methodologies, piloting new methods & approaches towards more agile research that is fit for purpose
+ Ability to identify key areas that CMI can play an even stronger role in business discussion & decision and turn to systematic approach via leveraging CMI capacity, data and tools.
+ Ability to design, co-design, develop new methodology with support from internal / external partners.
Experience & Qualifications
+ At least 5 years work of managerial experience in market research, CMI or marketing

- Principal relations and negotiations

Marketing
- Set overall brand strategy and direction
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on actual execution of online and offline marketing

The P&G Internship is a flagship program offered to promising and driven undergraduate students interested in growing as a leader and getting best-in-class training with us for at least two months. You will get to join our Brand Department of our Selling and Marketing Organization and will be given an individual business project that you will own, lead, and deliver for the duration of your internship.
You should have the right curiosity and the holistic understanding needed to develop new approaches to big problems. Your work will require creativity, innovation, teamwork, and leadership.
As a Brand intern in P&G:

Job Qualifications

+ You are available to take in an Internship starting May/June 2026
+ Open to both voluntary and required internship (if voluntary you must have 9 units or less)
+ You must be able to commit a full-time internship (3x a week onsite and 2x a week work-from-home, 8 hours per day)
+ You are a top talent, current university student that preferably has less than one-two years to graduate
+ You display strong partnership, analytical skills, and a problem solving or solutions-oriented mindset especially when confronted with issues
+ You have experience working with groups through formal or informal positions of leadership
+ You are driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to consistently deliver strong results
+ You are confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences
+ You are able to use your analytical ability to derive insights from data and come up with business or organizational decisions
+ You have strong passion to continuously stretch yourself to learn new things and grow as a professional
