Responsibilities
Supervise day to day operations in the warehouse - maintains fleet and equipment.
Maintains personnel structure and approved manning count
Plans and coordinate local deliveries, monitor and evaluates performance of warehouse staff.
Monitors the unloading of all goods from the containers to the warehouse and ensures these are received properly via SAP encoding.
Ensures materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures and GMP findings.
Oversees proper labelling, follows FIFO and rotation of inventory.
Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and discipling delivery team.
Maintains an equipment structure (forklift and Pallet Jack) and level to accomplish the warehouse receiving operations in a safe and effective manner.
Coordination with cross functional teams for importation and local delivery schedules.
Maintains records, reports relevant information, and prepares any necessary documentation.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
· Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred. br>
· Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position. br>
· Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics and management br>
· Time management skills and the ability to delegate. br>
· Excellent leadership and organizational skills. br>
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills. br>
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. br>
· Problem-solving skills. br>
· Preferably with experience in the Food/Baking industry. br>

Under the supervision of the Supply Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor provides oversight of all Supply and Warehouse related functions supporting the U.S. Army in Subic Bay, Philippines under the LOGCAP V contract. The Support services provide U.S. Army operational project (OPROJ) capabilities in response to Humanitarian Assistance / Disaster Relief (HA/DR) events, as well as supporting execution of annual exercises through the storage of non-lethal stocks, exercise materiel, and equipment in the Philippines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performance of warehousing and property accountability, as well as, Supply Support Activity, Central Issue Facility, Property Management and SSSC. Serves as a customer contact for warehouse activities. Perform the requirements of the contract in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner under the requirements specified in individual sections of the LOGCAP Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responsible for daily operations of Preventative Maintenance of USG equipment and supplies in storage on a reoccurring basis established by policies, procedures, instructions, and/or manufacturer recommendations. Daily Warehouse operations also include performing technical supply management duties (e.g., inventory (Stock control), storage, receiving, Issue, and Turn-in,) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Ensure property management inventories are conducted as required.
Responsibilities
This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
+ Using a good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines, and an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced, applies analytical ability to define and take appropriate supply action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.
+ Assists Supply Manager in planning and coordinating workloads to optimize use of resources to include personnel, equipment, tools and facilities.
+ Establishes programs to meet normal and contingency mission requirements.
+ Prepares, analyzes and briefs reports as required. Recommends solutions to problems indicated by analysis of trends, indicators, potential problems or those identified by management and/or the government.
+ Ensures all required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
+ Monitor the COSIS and Shelf Life program.
+ Provides direction and oversight of the day to day warehouse operations. This may include but not limited to storage, inventories, receiving, shipping and the monitoring of activities within GCSS-Army or AIS.
+ Works with and in conjunction with other departments to accomplish all required tasks.
+ Monitors and evaluates work performance of the employees to ensure they are in compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all regulations pertaining to their assigned duties.
+ Ensures that employees are always in compliance with established Safety Policies and Regulations.

Qualifications
+ Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

+ A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License for forklift operations and Driver's License are required.
+ Must be able to maintain USG Network access & CAC card privilege(s).

+ Experience:
