- Prepare products as per order by pulling the items from stock area going to delivery loading area
- Ensure timely preparation of ordered products with proper count and condition
- Load and unload products from and to delivery trucks in a steadfast but safe manner
- File and store stocks received to designated areas as per instructed by the warehouse supervisor
- Aware of maximizing the use of space in loading the products into the designated area
- Ensure proper handling of products without breakage and damage
- Keeping track of all the damaged product during transfer and reporting the same to the inventory officer

- Monitor consolidated CKD and Local parts dispatched by MH service provider.
- Monitor and follow-up Critical Parts List (CPL_CKD parts) and Exception Report (ER, local parts) submitted to document parts replacement intended for lineside parts shortages.
- Monitor parts line feeding activity and support MH section on all critical parts and parts problem.
- Ensure that cycle counting of weld parts are performed daily and monthly to ensure parts completeness.
- Replacement for absent employees, if needed (absenteeism allowance).
- Monitor and control manpower to support regular and extension of production operations.
- Monitor on time replacement of DMT / MLR request by concern section.
- Coordinate and call attention to the assembler for wrong usage / non usage of CKD / Local parts and inform his supervisor for immediate countermeasure.
- Monitor and report to Logistic engineer all problems concerning MH layout process flow and resources requirements such as poly case, rack, pallet, etc.
- Monitor and ensure that all MH equipment is in good condition before the operation. Report all breakdown of MH equipment to concern section for immediate repair.
- Submit improvement suggestions regularly and take charge of MH improvement activity programs, especially kaizen improvements activities.
- Performs safety duties and responsibilities, with all the safety standards indicated in the safety manual.
- Posting of SAP transaction for both CKD Pack and OIM Weld.
Qualifications:
- College graduate – Engineering or other related course
- Previous experience in Material Handling processes and activities.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
- At least 3 - 5 year's experience working in Material Handling background is an advantage with production supervisor skills
