Nature of Work:
Stores/Shipping/Receiving Technicians responsible for receiving, safe storage and issuance of all items from/to supplier or customers including conduct of physical count and monitoring of production material status. Should be capable of multiple warehouse operations tasks, can do ERP system bookings and cycle count.
Level of Work:
Ensure proper implementation of good warehousing procedures in recording, storage, and inventory control.
+ Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and controlled.
+ Receive finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials deliveries and checks conformance to specifications regarding physical attributes.
+ Perform inventory count, maintains control and accounts for all stock on hand. Management of excess stock physically and on the ERP system in line with accounts procedures, maintaining ERP stock accuracy.
+ Accurate issuance of parts and materials versus Work Orders
+ Ensure proper rotation, storage and issuance of materials/components.
+ Coordinate and assist in the unloading and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.
+ Perform handling and issuance of chemical products and raw materials.
+ Prepare receiving reports of accepted deliveries of raw materials and supplies.
+ Coordinate and assist in the loading of finished goods for shipment.
+ Conduct regular inspection of the warehouse premises to check security and condition of materials stored therein.
+ Safeguard inventory against breakage or other damage and loss on account of pilferage.
+ Maintain and update stock cards and inventory records; Prepares periodic reports on inventory balances; encodes transactions on real-time basis to ensure real-time inventory.
+ Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the position and other tasks that may be assigned by the people leader.
+ Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
Requirements:
+ Must have completed at least a Vocational or 2-year College or a combination of education and work experience.
+ 1 to 4 years experience in warehousing.
+ Working knowledge in any of the warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, stockroom)
+ Knowledge in cycle count
+ Experienced forklift operators with NCII license a plus
+ Working knowledge of ERP System/Barcode process

**Job Description**
As a Senior Finance Analyst, will act as the focal person of all POS and inventory concerns in his area and managing the day to day activities related to POS Management
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Conduct reconciliation of customer point of sales and inventory against company records
+ Track inventory on hand and sold through for customer and interface with customer to ensure accuracy of claimed rebates
+ Provide support and training to customers regarding the point of sale data and inventory report process
+ Load system data required to reconcile inventory
+ Analyze distributor disputes in line with POS and inventory mismatch
+ Helps perform necessary activities; prepare reports and documents for monthly and quarterly close.
+ Manage files, records, transactions and other office procedures and maintain audit trail
+ Ensure targets, measurements and service levels are met
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ Worked in SSC or BPO environment
+ Accounts Receivable background or experience
PREFERRED:
+ Accounting graduate preferred
+ Flexibility in work schedule
SKILLS:
+ Proficient in Microsoft excel and data analytics
+ Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization
