A US-based consulting company is looking to hire a hard-working and self-motivated Filipino Technical Writer to create and document processes and procedures for our clients. Impeccable mastery of the English language (both written and verbal) is a must.

This role is 100% work from home.

Responsibilities
  • Map process flows based on a recording of the consultant interviewing the client, including creating flow charts and diagrams.
  • Write high-quality, clear, easy-to-understand step-by-step procedures based on interviews or client-provided videos on how they perform tasks.
  • Organize material in a cloud-based process documentation software or Learning Management System software.
  • Use videos, screenshots, links, etc., to balance written material with demonstration and ensure full understanding.
  • Identify points of improvement and communicate them clearly to the consultant you are working with.
  • Use internal systems to communicate about your work and report daily on progress.
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, creating instructions, flow charts, process mapping, and process improvement.
  • Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable content.

  • Ability to transcribe spoken content and translate it into writing.
