**Responsibilities** **:**
+ Develop and own the AI product roadmap, strategy, and prioritization as it relates to the organization.
+ Lead AI Projects: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-based solutions using Azure and Azure Open AI and/ or related technologies.
+ Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise in AI, machine learning, and relevant technologies.
+ Work closely with other departments to understand their needs and translate into detailed technical project objectives through end-to-end proof of value initiatives.
+ Adapt the product backlog to changing business needs, ensuring alignment with shifting priorities.
+ Engage with stakeholders, including senior executives and end users, to understand their AI product needs.
+ Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and implement innovative solutions to enhance business processes. Experience in an Engineering and Manufacturing-related implementation is a plus.
+ Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Also ensuring they apply best practices and advanced functionalities to maximize the capabilities of their applications.
+ Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
+ Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, solutions, and project progress.
+ Implement an AI Center of Excellence and establish best practices in deploying AI-based solutions.
+ Ensure all AI products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ BS Information Technology graduate
+ A minimum of 3 years of experience working with AI-related technologies
+ Experience in agile project management roles within the AI and analytics scope, with familiarity with tools like Jira.
+ Experience working with senior business stakeholders and strong AI storytelling skills to create a compelling vision.
+ Track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment, particularly in engineering and manufacturing contexts.
+ Certifications in AI-related technologies.
+ Familiarity with various AI platforms and tools
+ Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities, and to get things done while overcoming challenges.
+ Hands-on experience in AI techniques, including machine learning, natural language processing, and managing AI dashboards.
+ Working experience with Cloud AI Platforms like Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS is preferable.
+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and related frameworks.
+ Familiarity with low code no code technology and the different ways to connect with different data sources that will be consumed by the AI-based application
+ Strong knowledge in prompt engineering.
+ Strong knowledge in different data sources such as structured, non-structured, and retrieval augmented generation.
+ Good appreciation of IP protection, security and data privacy.
+ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
