Duties and Responsibilities

• Production Management: Oversee rolling mill operations, monitor schedules, ensure timely output, quality, and consistency.

• Team Management: Lead, train, and evaluate the workforce while building a safe, positive, and productive culture.
• Maintenance & Reliability: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimize downtime.
