Assume the responsibility to Supervise the production line leaders and operators in following the procedural workflow of production. Ensures that in terms of Safety, Quality, Productivity and Customer Requirements is being followed in accordance of Company Policy
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the line leader's delegation of work is correct based on the plan provided
- Ensure that the set target given in the Production Schedule is being met and make immediate action if there is a problem encounter
- Responsible in updating the status of production line, problem encounter etc.
- Analyse and trouble shoot the problem in man, machine, method, materials together with the team ( QC, Production and Technical ) and facilitate to answer the QFR based on the gathered report.
- Provide initial technical report regarding problem encounter and counter measure
- Ensure that the ELSA has no mistake in all the requirements needed like thick mark, P.O. Control Number, Quantity of N.G., Good and signature.
- Ensure to check all production reports and all documents that is using in the production is compliance in ISO standard
- Ensure that the details of QFR is being check and properly fill up especially if its critical defect
- Evaluate all kinds of 4M and assess if that 4M is pass based on the requirements needed
- Execute the Management Policy based on the set target of the team
- Evaluate Leader's work based on their existing Job Description and guide line leaders for the goal of the team
- Support in the production line leaders work once encounter problem like absences
- Coordinate to all members of the team in any changes in the organization or rules.
- Coordinate to other Section involve for the delay of materials, quality issue and other problem that affect set goal.
- Conduct counselling especially for those person whose not following the rules and regulation of the Company and if needed make a report for the status
- Ensure that all needed production supplies/materials are readily available in production to avoid line stoppage
- Ensure that the inventory system is followed by all members and ensure the accuracy of each count and product status.
- Ensure that the Safety, 2's and 5's is being practice on the area
- Perform other duties related to process as maybe assigned by superior.

- Prepare the WI and PFMEA for new products, and discuss with QE (Quality Engineers) and Production to fix the WI and PFMEA

Prepare, distribute, and follow up on memos, letters, and other written communications or emails.
