Duties & Responsibilities

• Process orders for the manufacture of ophthalmic lenses, sun lenses and ski goggles

• Manage communications and scheduling with our manufacturers in East Asia

• Ensuring quality standards are met and implement quality control measures

• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production

• Conduct quality control activities, ensuring on-time and complete inspection reports and other quality related documents

Educational Requirements

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Control and Post Production Coordinator at StylePhotos. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the post-production process, ensuring the quality of photo & video content, managing production timelines, and collaborating with the production teams. Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, incoming, and final inspections of materials and finished products.
• Conduct quality tests using various instruments, equipment, or lab procedures depending on the product type.
• Document and report non-conformances, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
