The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Cold Storage inventory, validating counts down to the bin location level. The role requires proper documentation, timely encoding of all transactions, and proactive monitoring of inventory movements and status. The position also involves scheduling and reconciling physical inventories, as well as preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports that reflect the stock status and inventory levels of all Finished Goods (FG).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor procedures for inventory transactions to ensure accurate documentation and timely system updates.
- Conduct monthly wall-to-wall inventory counts.
- Perform inventory analysis and management to prevent stock-outs, shortages, and overages.
- Handle inventory transfers and adjustments efficiently.

Persons hired for this position will be responsible for providing Inventory accounting and costing services to 3M subsidiaries. Currently, 3M is deploying ERP (SAP) to the subsidiaries and you would be requested to work in both Legacy System and SAP countries during transition period. This position will work as a liaison with countries and be primary contact from our internal client. You will report to RTR Inventory Team Lead and will be liaising with relevant parties in GSC and other country finance team.

Basic Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of SAP – minimum 2 years
