This Global Business position will work directly with the Supply Chain Team across all regions' manufacturing facilities. **Essential Job Functions**
- Partner with functional stakeholder (sales, marketing, product teams) to reconcile business objectives and strategies to support the creation of the effective demand plan.
- Provide leadership for the demand plan that will drive the S&OP process. Influence cross functional teams to achieve forecast accuracy target for the business.
- Lead the demand planning process and participate in the S&OP review meetings as well as coordinate/consolidate plans of the demand planning team.
- Act as the primary liaison to cross functional teams to provide insights, educate and highlight key risks/assumptions related to the business outlook.
- Assemble and analyze data pertinent to creating/maintaining the demand forecast, including historical sales/shipments, item data, market and macro economic trends, seasonality, promotions and product life-cycle management. Create and maintain high quality demand forecast and analytics.
- Ensures demand plans are communicated effectively across the supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement in the development, modification and adjustment of procedures, policies, processes and technologies within the demand planning organization.
- Improve the demand forecast quality by effectively analyzing sources of forecast metrics and recommend appropriate action plans to enhance forecast accuracy.
- Accomplishes all the roles and responsibilities of a Team Leader, including but not limited to, leading and managing a team of Demand Planners in the optimal execution of demand planning/forecasting activities.
- Ensuring that each team member meets/exceeds their goals and drive demand planning team’s development & engagement initiatives.
**Education and Experience**
- Knowledge of Major Retailers POS systems (Retail Link, POL, 8451).
- Knowledge of Oracle systems (Demantra, Purchasing Module).
- Working knowledge of the S&OP process
- 3 years of experience working in Microsoft Excel and Demantra
- 3+ years of work experience in supply chain planning or demand management/forecasting.
- Knowledgeable in demand management/forecasting processes in sales, marketing operation and supply chain (highly preferred)
- APICS/IBF or other professional certification in supply chain concepts preferred
- 4-year college degree or equivalent related experience.

**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
