◦ Oversee payroll delivery (vendor or in-house) and ensure timely statutory filings (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and compliance (13th month, statutory leaves).
• Employee relations & culture
◦ Provide advice on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary cases and separations in line with Philippine labor law.
◦ Drive employee engagement, internal communications and initiatives that reinforce group culture and family values.
• HR systems & reporting
◦ Lead selection/implementation of HRIS suitable for multi-entity reporting and analytics.
◦ Produce regular HR dashboards and insights for owners and senior leaders (headcount, turnover, cost, critical roles).
• Stakeholder management & capacity building
◦ Serve as primary HR partner to the owner-family, Group CEO/COO and subsidiary leaders.
◦ Build capability of HR staff at subsidiary level; lead and mentor HR leads where applicable.
