What You’ll Do: < r>- Monitor and handle labor-related concerns across assigned NCR areas.
- Consolidate and analyze Labor Relations (LR) reports.
- Recommend disciplinary actions based on internal precedents.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on proper handling of administrative cases.
- Ensure consistent and fair implementation of sanctions.
- Participate in grievance meetings, Labor-Management Cooperation, Collective Bargaining Agreement when necessary.

- Mediate in any concerns between an associate and the management
- Attend and provide solutions to associate concerns after the respective department level

- Contribute in values formation for a more harmonious working environment for the associates and the company as well
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science and equivalent
- Remarkable years of experience working in organizational development for operations in organizational and/or functional business units
- Very keen on details
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- Excellent presentation and facilitator skills
- Knowledgeable with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development
- Excellent leadership skills
