**Job Descriptions**:

- Will handle the training and development for all company affiliates.
- Recommend design and implement a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
- Leading business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for personnel.
- Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers for annual appraisal
- Coordinate with different department heads for strategic planning
- Monitor, review, and analyze KPI/KRA documents
- Review and implement all standard operating procedures, service level agreements, and process flow

**Job Qualifications**
- Graduate of BS in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Human Resources, and related courses.
- At least 5 years of work experience in Organization Development
- PERSONALITY: Diplomatic but firm, Patient and able to relate with all levels in the organization, emotionally mature, able to handle work pressure, assertive, and able to lead.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Generates nationwide reports for operational (staff, sprinter, sorter) efficiency.
Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to assess organizational needs, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies and solutions especially in operations side.
Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose areas for improvement, including organizational structure and department processes.
Collection and validation of employee Job Description based on current position.
Align and update Organizational Structure based on organization needs.
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and interventions to enhance employee skills and capabilities especially OD counterparts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as NMD, Operations, QC and HCM to address data-related issues concerning efficiency and performances of DH, DP, DC and HO.
Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness and impact of organizational development initiatives.
Collaborate with HR professionals to align current practices with organizational goals.
Create monthly reports regarding targets, action plan, and recommendation for regional counterparts
Performs other duties as assigned.
