The Specialist - Talent Acquisition will support the Recruiting Team by efficiently executing administrative duties and actively participating in all recruiting processes.
Job Requirements:
• The position schedule shall initially be five (5) days a week, Monday to Friday. Depending on operational requirements, you may be Assigned to any work schedule, required to work additional hours or days in a week, or transferred to other jobs and locations that May be given to you by your Immediate Supervisor
• Performs administrative tasks in support of recruiting efforts
• Assists with screening applicant/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
• Assists recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events
• Will create postings and run reports out of our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
