Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review documents from carriers after vehicle delivery.
- Ensure all documents meet the required standards and contain the necessary information for payment processing.
- Compare and validate information against the contract, then schedule payments using Google Sheets according to dispatch contract terms.
- Record notes and comments in the TMS (Transportation Management System).
- Respond to requests and questions from other departments regarding payment inquiries or document needs.
- Answer phone calls and emails, typically related to payment status.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Metrics & Expectations
- Handle an initial email volume of approximately
100–200 emails daily
per representative. - Meet team metrics, including:
- Emails closed/email replies
- Customers assisted
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Provide timely and professional email responses.
- Attend all scheduled meetings.
- Remain available on all communication channels and respond promptly to urgent requests.

DOES (Responsibilities)
I.
Duties│Function:
- Account Receivable Management
o Timely preparation and issuance of Service Billing Invoice and Statement of Accounts;
o Regular update of receivable schedule;
o Monitor movements of receivables and constantly follow up of collections;

o Ensure collection of tax certificates and monitor utilization of the same;
o Coordinate with the General Accountant on the utilization of tax certificates for proper recording;
o Ascertain completeness of consolidated certificate of creditable withholding taxes (CWTs) collected prior to submission to BIR;
o Monitor application of inter-division tax certificates;
o Ensure correctness of revenue and expense reported to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) as well as tax rates applied;
o Files and secures all tax related documents, such as but not limited to accomplished applications, tax returns, and receipts.
