Prepares the daily inventory report and checks stocks inventories (daily, weekly and monthly) and ensures all items are accounted for
Prepares order requisitions accurately and ensures availability of all items
Checks food display and ensures these are up to standard
Checks accuracy of daily cash flow reports
Maintains communications and sales logbooks
D. Marketing & Promotions
Suggests and implements marketing and promotions strategies to increase sales
Prepares promotional tags, signs whenever necessary
Makes sure that collaterals reflect correct pricing and that these are in good condition
