Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- At least 2–3 years of experience in construction project management
- Licensed professional is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Strong leadership skills in site supervision, worker coordination, and project execution
- Knowledgeable in MEFPS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, and Structural systems)
