Responsibilities
Drafting and Design
Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit for various construction projects (e.g., residential developments, renovations).
Utilize Revit's Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities to create intelligent, data-rich 3D models that facilitate collaboration and provide a single source of truth for project information.
Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure designs are accurate and feasible.
Quantity Takeoff and Cost Estimation
Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimations using Qubit Estimating software to determine project budgets and material requirements.
Generate comprehensive bills of quantities from plans and models, ensuring all materials, labor, and equipment are accounted for.
Assess design changes and their impact on project cost and scope, providing detailed reports to management.
Project Planning and Analysis
Develop and analyze construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards for projects.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure all designs are practical, compliant with relevant building codes, and aligned with project timelines.
Identify potential design issues, clashes, or structural problems in the planning phase to mitigate risks and avoid costly on-site rework.
Documentation and Reporting
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project specifications.
Ensure all drafting and takeoff documentation is meticulously organized and accessible for internal and external stakeholders.
RequirementsQualifications / Requirements
Proven experience as a Civil Engineer, Drafter, or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Qubit Estimating software (or equivalent tools).
Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry regulations.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

The current organizational and team structure is divided into three main disciplines: br>①Architectural Design, < r>②Structural Design, and < r>③Construction Planning. < r>*One strong in either skill can be endorsed as a manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our design and construction projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, especially using Revit.

- Performance management, coaching, development and recognition of direct reports. Effective resource, workload and productivity management.

- Experience leading and managing direct report teams in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry with familiarity with call center financials
- Experience with client facing senior and executive level management communications and formal presentation delivery
- Experience with project management and word processing software, spreadsheet and flowcharting applications(MS Project, MS Office, Excel and Visio)
- Project Management Certification: Project Management Professionals (PMP)
