**TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE**
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Work in close collaboration with Territory Development Leader and office managing trade relationships, implementing plans & programs developed and monitoring KPI achievement.
- Must achieve area target outlet coverage, offtake by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), numeric & weighted distribution by SKU, call efficiency (strike rate), outlet drop size, OOS (Out of stock) control and excellent merchandising.
**YOU ARE**:
- Graduate of High School or any vocational courses.
- Have at least 2 years of field sales and driving experience in multinational FMCG company.
- Passionate about achieving individual and team objectives.
- Have desire and ability to learn.
- Adaptable, flexible and open to change.
- Must have** Professional Driver's License** with Restriction Code 1,2,3
