**Primary Responsibilities:**

**Internal Customer Service**

Update container tracking information.
Daily reporting.
RFP related tasks and proof-reading docs.
Any Ad-Hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Degree in supply chain management or other related courses.
Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including generating reports using advanced formulas and pivot tables
Knowledgeable in EDI or incoterms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
