• Preparation for test and final  fitting process : Grind prosthetic parts with machine tools, fixing with chemical putty and assemble parts following the procedure

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Communication

Communicate to all concerned members on the matters related to food and personnel safety such as, but not limited to, regulatory and statutory requirements, preventive and corrective actions, quality and safety non- conformances and product recalls

B. Accountabilities

1. Operates machine/equipment in production processing areas based on approved Production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
2. Inspects machines and equipment and perform regular maintenance and cleaning in accordance with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts to achieve optimum production run
3. Performs periodic checking and monitoring of quality parameters such as product temperature, Brix, viscosity, pH, etc. during production run to ensure compliance of process and products to required quality standards
4. Performs product change over within the standard lead times and accomplish required line clearances prior to production run
5. Accomplishes cooking process control sheet, reports on wastages and downtimes, etc. and addresses variances and problems to cooking line leaders or production supervisor
6. Coordinates and works with co-production technicians, line leaders, and production supervisor in achieving targets
7. Effectively performs Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), GMP, and good Housekeeping by observing GMP rules and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in their work areas at all times
8. Adheres to/complies with EHS policy by wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and by following safety guidelines at their respective areas of assignment

C. Authority

1. Authorize equipment stoppage due to personnel safety, quality, and environmental issue
2. Authorize to perform breakdown maintenance./emergency repairs to avoid loss of production output and reduced property damage
