The **Technical Lead** role involves managing a team of IT professionals ensuring diverse top talent are retained. **Qualifications:**

+ Development experience (e.g. .Net C#, Python, Node.JS, Angular), implementation and hands-on experience on different IT applications/systems (e.g. SAP S4 Hana, ServiceNow, Workday). Proficiency with SQL databases, familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, and Windows server environments.
+ Proficiency in Cloud computing (e.g. Azure), Scripting (e.g. Ansible, BASH, PowerShell) and data analytics will be an added advantage.
