Responsibilities:
1. Conduct legal research on laws, regulation and jurisprudence relative to cases being handled by the Legal Manager.
2. Gather facts relative to cases and/or disputes handled by the Legal Manager.
3. Draft, prepare, review and/or revise legal documents and pleadings relative to the cases being handled by the Legal Manager.
4. Monitor and keep track of any and progress of the said cases.
5. Prepare reports and monitoring files.
6. Liaising, preparation and filing of documents, pleadings, motions or requests in court or concerned government agencies.
7. Monitor and coordinate with external counsels handling cases filed in court.
8. Prepare and review contracts and internal memorandum.
9. And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field;
- Proficient in legal research, case law analysis, and drafting legal documents and contracts.
- At least 1-2 years related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to handle varied tasks under minimal supervision with high attention to detail.
