What You'll Do:

  • Assist with preparing, filing, and organizing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the attorneys, including client communications and case management.
  • Draft and review family law-related documents, including divorce petitions, custody agreements, and child support modifications.
  • Manage case files and ensure that deadlines are met, keeping our clients' best interests in mind at all times.
  • Support client intake and maintain up-to-date records for all active cases.

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced paralegal. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience as a paralegal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • A High Attention to Detail.
  • The ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a commitment to excellence.
