Our mission is to advocate for clients who have purchased defective vehicles and ensure they receive the compensation or resolution they deserve. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Case Manager to join our team and play a key role in client communication, case management, and coordination with manufacturers and attorneys.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for retained clients, providing regular case updates and answering questions. (80% phone calls, 20% emails)
  • Maintain and update case information accurately in our CRM system.
  • Communicate and follow up with automobile manufacturers regarding claims and case progress.
  • Track case deadlines and ensure timely completion of all required steps.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure smooth case progression.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in US lemon law case management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
