We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Case Manager to join our team and play a key role in client communication, case management, and coordination with manufacturers and attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retained clients, providing regular case updates and answering questions. (80% phone calls, 20% emails)
- Maintain and update case information accurately in our CRM system.
- Communicate and follow up with automobile manufacturers regarding claims and case progress.
- Track case deadlines and ensure timely completion of all required steps.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure smooth case progression.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in US lemon law case management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Role Overview:
As a Case Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their law firms.
