DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor the performance of the personnel.
Conduct toolbox meetings every start of shift and monthly meeting. Relay information and activities to the personnel.
Monitors the different section's activities and ensure that all the deliverables are accomplished.
Reports to the department head for any discrepancy or issues.
Ensure that all assigned buildings, facilities, tools, equipment and accessories are complete, operational and in good working condition.
Coordinate with client regarding the different services being provided.
Prepare cost estimates for projects.
Ensure that all work activities and personnel comply with the appropriate work and safety standard.
Document and submit any required report during and after the shift. Ensure that all team activities are completely documented.
Generate and submit periodic and progress report regarding equipment and activities under the Facilities and roadway services.
Responsible for the control and issuance of PPE to all personnel. Monitor the compliance of PPE usage.
Conduct investigation for any non-conformance to the company policies. Attend administrative hearings if necessary.
Conduct routine inspections of the different activities.
Perform other instructions / directives as instructed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education
College graduate of Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Additional technical background is an advantage.
With at least three (3) years supervisory experience
With experience in building facilities maintenance.
B. Licenses
• With at least LTO Professional Driving License, Restriction code 2
With at least TESDA certification either for Building, Mechanical, Electrical discipline.
TESDA certification for truck mounted operation and rigging an advantage

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
