The SATCOM/Network Field Operations Support Technician provides operational and technical support for a Department of Defense (DoD) program office responsible for managing and sustaining global satellite communications (SATCOM) capabilities. This role requires expertise in tactical and strategic SATCOM systems, with a strong background in deployed communications support, particularly in austere environments. Successful candidates require experience in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting and logistics of geographically distributed SATCOM and network systems to ensure continuous operation. The technicians will leverage their experience supporting expeditionary communications to enhance SATCOM network performance, ensure mission readiness, and provide technical assistance to deployed personnel. **This is an expat position, living and working in the Philippines.**
Successful candidates will deploy worldwide to provide technical expertise on tactical SATCOM systems, including Ka, Ku, X, L, and UHF SATCOM solutions.
