Job Description
**Location -** **Calamba, Philippines**
**Under his/her stewardship, to proactively manage the timely replenishment of ingredients into the premix plant (or other locations) for the intention to produce premix or reselling. Under his/her responsibility, to keep plants' (or warehouse) inventory level at optimal level, that enables on-time in full delivery to customers.**
**Your key responsibilities**
+ **To plan for ingredient replenishment into premix plant or warehouse within the country in a timely manner, up to 4 months' supply plan M+4 (several times a month review).**
+ **To track inbound logistics and make sure goods arrive just-in-time (regularly).**
+ **To resolve any supply gaps when they arise, with the best economical option available (ad-hoc).**
+ **To place orders to suppliers for local supplied ingredients and follow up with deliveries (regularly).**
+ **To work with all stakeholders to reduce or eliminate "stocks at risk" (regularly). To assess supply availability and ensure no supply gap up to 1 month supply plan M+1 (weekly).**
+ **To plan 'next day' process orders based on sales order RETA and send for production (daily). To attend local meetings to stay abreast with latest developments and interact with stakeholders (regularly; when needed).**

**You bring**
+ **Bachelor degree and/or with relevant planning experience.**
+ **At least 3-5 years of experience with multi-national enterprises in production planning.**
+ **Project management experience is preferred.**
+ **Knowledge of MRPII or SAP preferred.**
+ **Ability to learn and adapt to business requirement.**
